Greetings!
I’ve been experimenting with Adobe Lightroom Creative Cloud this week. If you haven’t tried Lightroom yet, I’d suggest you check out this app with features for sharing photos, especially video and photo galleries.
I had an incredible experience shooting a country or farm themed wedding engagement photo shoot in rural Minnesota. I had the perfect images to test Lightroom’s photo gallery and video tools. Vintage John Deere tractors took center stage with the engaged couple and a very active German Shepherd puppy. This all combined to produce dramatic photos with the sun setting over a Minnesota rolling landscape. The photo shoot was planned about a month in advance, with the start time about two hours before sunset.
Getting started with Adobe Lightroom CC – First, it was my first time using Lightroom and it was easy to learn the application. I suggest you try the free tutorials to get you started. Here’s a link to get you started.
Click here to create a slideshow and video with Lightroom.
Video – The video I created with Lightroom was created with the Slideshow portion of the app. I selected the 16:9 format for output and exported the video at the highest quality available. The music was added free in YouTube with the video manager. You can also add music while you are preparing the video in Lightroom. Here’s a link to learn about YouTube’s music.
Photo Gallery – I also created a photo gallery with the Web section of Lightroom with a selection of the photos I marked with the five star tool for editing. Click on the photo below to view the photo gallery made with Lightroom.
